What do you bring to your friends Champagne/Caviar party to celebrate 2020 at the Beach? Champagne Jello Shots with gold sugar shimmer! All you need is Champagne, Knox gelatin, regular sugar and of course the beautiful gold shimmering sugar from your grocery store or Walmarts and a little time to set and your off to the races lol aka the beach!! I also made a mini Charcuterie tray including meats, cheeses, olives, carrots, artichoke/spinach dip and a variety of crackers!
